Signage on site
The applicable conditions are signposted on the parking area. Anyone who parks there accepts them.
Check and documentation
In the event of a breach, the vehicle, license plate, signage, location and time are recorded photographically.
Case and invoice
The case is opened and the claim is served with every item listed separately — as a notice on the vehicle or by letter.
View and settle
You open the case with your invoice number and license plate, check the documentation and either pay online or submit an objection with proof.
