Objection with proof.
An objection is intended for specific errors you can document. It costs nothing and is reviewed in writing on the basis of the case file.
An objection stands a chance with this
- A valid ticket or a valid permit for the time of the incident.
- A documented change of vehicle keeper before the time of the incident.
- An incorrectly recorded license plate.
- A detail in the documentation that is demonstrably wrong.
Usually not with this
- General objections without proof do not change the documented facts.
- Not being aware of the signposted conditions.
What decides it is the proof, not the reasoning. You receive the outcome of the review directly by email.
